Middle School
Highlights:
Coffeehouse: Weekly gathering of 7th and 8th graders involving worship, fun and games, and an applicable message. Students love bringing in their own coffee-style drink and connecting with classmates.
Pizza Fridays: 8th graders plan, prepare, and serve pizza to the student body each month.
Class Trips: Class trips are planned for each grade level and relate back to subject material. Students have had an opportunity to visit Vicksburg, Sky Ranch, Austin, San Antonio, Memphis, and Little Rock.
Music: Middle schoolers can participate in the Strings program and yearly musical. Intro to Keys and Ukuleles is also offered as an elective.
Art: Our Art electives allow students to express their creativity with a variety of mediums. Elective offerings have included 3D Art, Scripture Art, Ceramics, and Digital Art.
Technology: Middle schoolers use 1-to-1 Chromebooks in classes for challenging projects and teamwork. Students also learn specific technological skills in Technology class.
Spanish: All middle schoolers complete Spanish 1 and take the National Spanish Exam in 8th grade. Many graduates advance to Spanish 2 in high school.
Our middle school prepares students with the skills, knowledge, and study habits needed to be successful in high school. Students benefit from smaller class sizes, engaging instruction, and Christ-centered values in all aspects of instruction.
In addition to core subjects, St. Paul students have the opportunity to participate in fine arts, athletics, Christian faith studies, and exciting electives.
St. Paul students are led by professional Christian teachers who walk with them through the challenging and fun middle school years.
